This app (floyds99tampabay.com) is run by Floyd's 99 Of Tampa Bay. It is an internal reporting tool for our three Floyd's 99 Barbershop locations in Tampa Bay: Safety Harbor/Clearwater, St. Pete and South Tampa. Only our owners, managers and front-desk staff use it, with accounts we create for them.
The app only reads. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in MyTime or QuickBooks.
To run our shops: sales and budgets, payroll checks, staffing, profit and the reports our accountants need. We do not sell this data, share it with anyone outside the company, or use it for advertising.
In the app's own database, hosted in the United States and encrypted at rest. The service providers that run the app are Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email alerts to our managers) and Browserbase (the browser the app uses to read MyTime reports). They process data only to run the app for us.
Everyone signs in. Access depends on role: front-desk staff see their own shop's bookings and client lists, with no sales, pay or profit figures; managers and owners see the business reports.
A QuickBooks company administrator connects the app on Intuit's own sign-in page; we never see their QuickBooks password. The app keeps the access token Intuit issues so it can read the reports. The connection can be ended at any time from the app's Settings page or from QuickBooks, and the saved token is then deleted.
For as long as we use the app for our shops. Ask us and we will delete it.
